Another type of trading system used in the capital markets in India is the quote-driven market. In a quote-driven market, market makers provide quotes to buy and sell securities at specific prices. Investors can then accept or reject the quotes.


How Capital Markets Work?

When a company needs to raise capital, it can issue new securities in the primary market. The company will work with an underwriter to sell the securities to investors.
